Refund policy

All Pockets Prints products are custom-made to order using the image or design provided by the customer. Because each item is personalized, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color selection, or customer-provided artwork.

Please carefully review your shirt size, color, uploaded image, and order details before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Pockets Prints, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Customers may be asked to provide photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
